It means that our fully licensed and insured all-star team of service personnel are highly trained—but that training doesn’t stop. Each employee undergoes ongoing hours of training to keep our skills on the cutting edge. When they visit your home or business, they want you to give you a sense of comfort in knowing that your electrical needs are being addressed in a way far above industry standards.
I often show up on the job site because I take personal interest in each assignment and in fostering a productive relationship with each customer. I make sure that our trucks are stocked with thousands of parts, so that you won’t have to hear the phrase, “Well, we have to order this part. It will take several days to get back to you.” I put my name on what my staff does in serving you, including same-day service and emergency service on a 24/7 basis.

Our company won the Angie’s List 2010 Super Service Award, given to companies who maintain a superior service rating. Only 5% of the companies on Angie’s List meet the eligibility requirements. To earn the rating, the company must have a grade point average of 3.5 (A) on all its reports and the average grade in the particular category must have been 3.5 (A) for the past three years. |
Green Technology
Recently my staff and I have upgraded our training to address “green technology”, to address the future that is bringing us alternative energy sources. I am a board member for the Green Energy Council, Board of Directors for Florida Alliance for Renewable Energy, Board of Advisor for Early Development of Global Education, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and a certified Solar Lighting Solutions Professional.
Rather than isolating myself in an “executive office”, I network extensively within the South Florida community. One reason is to keep in touch with the needs of the community and another reason is to serve the community in a variety of ways. To name just a few of the groups with whom we’re involved, I am a trustee and board member for Chamber South, 2nd Vice Chair for Community Health Center of South Florida, Sponsor a Highway and Vice President of Governmental Affairs board member for Pinecrest Business Association.
